Your invoices, fetched for you.

Pinlo is a small app for your computer. It logs in to your suppliers and your inbox, downloads every invoice, and puts them in one folder. You stop chasing.

Three steps. Then it just runs.

No prompts to learn, no AI jargon. You tell Pinlo where your invoices live, once.

1

Download and open Pinlo

It installs like any other app on your Mac or PC. Nothing goes to our servers.

2

Point it at your suppliers

Name the suppliers and the inbox where invoices arrive. Pinlo works out the rest itself, signing in the way you do, in a browser it controls.

3

Get every invoice in one folder

Each month Pinlo fetches new invoices, names them neatly, and tells you when it's done. Send the folder to your accountant, or let Pinlo do it.

No integrations, no waiting for "support for your supplier". Pinlo learns any portal with a login on its own, and recognises an invoice when it sees one.

Made for small businesses, not for AI people.

Fetching invoices is the first job Pinlo does for you. More everyday admin is on the way.

Private by design

Pinlo runs on your own computer. Your logins and invoices stay there. You choose which AI it uses, even one that runs offline.

Hours back every month

Most small businesses collect invoices from 5 to 20 places. Pinlo does the logging in, clicking and downloading, so you don't.

Plain language

Say "get this month's invoices" and it does. If something needs you, like a one‑time code, it asks in plain words.

First launch

Mac says the app "cannot be opened" or is from an unidentified developer

The beta isn't signed with Apple yet, so macOS is cautious the first time. This takes 10 seconds:

  1. Open System Settings › Privacy & Security.
  2. Scroll down to the message about Pinlo and click Open Anyway.
  3. Confirm with your password or Touch ID. You only do this once.
Windows shows "Windows protected your PC"

Click More info, then Run anyway. The beta build isn't signed with a Windows certificate yet, which is why SmartScreen asks.

Which AI does Pinlo use?

Your choice. During setup you connect an AI you already pay for (such as a Claude or ChatGPT subscription), or pick a free model that runs on your computer. We'll walk you through it on the setup call.

Is it safe to let Pinlo use my supplier logins?

Logins are saved on your computer only, in the operating system's keychain. Pinlo signs in using its own browser window that you can watch, and it asks you before doing anything other than reading and downloading.

Founding users: we set it up with you, free.

Book a 20‑minute call. We install Pinlo together, connect your first suppliers, and watch the first invoices land. You get Pinlo free during the beta in return for your feedback.

  • 20 minutes, on a video call, in Swedish or English
  • We bring the AI setup, you bring two supplier logins
  • Free during the whole beta, no card needed
